About Goeres Hotels
In March 1993, Marcel Goeres, coming from a completely different professional background, made a bold leap of faith. Against all odds, he courageously invested his hard-earned savings, along with all his time, energy and resources, into an ambitious project. This is how the Parc Belair Hotel was born.
Over the past 30 years, the Goeres Group has expanded to include several properties across Luxembourg City, with continued plans for future growth. Despite this expansion, the group has remained true to the principles and values on which it was founded: a family spirit that extends to everyone who has contributed to the group’s journey over the past three decades. Its vision and entrepreneurial spirit continue to thrive and evolve today.
Since 2019, his daughter, Marie Laure, has been part of the company’s management team.

Located in the heart of Luxembourg City, Goeres Hotels brings together five establishments, each designed to meet different expectations: the economy category with Parc Belle-Vue Hotel ***, the business category with Parc Plaza Hotel ***, the executive category with Parc Belair Hotel ****, the exclusive category with Parc Beaux-Arts Hotel ****, and the boutique category with The Rose, a charming hotel combining refined elegance and comfort.
The group offers 234 rooms and suites, including 6 Classic Rooms, 164 Comfort Rooms, 23 Superior Rooms, 35 Suites, including 2 Deluxe Suites, as well as 4 Apartments, providing accommodation tailored to both business travellers and leisure guests.
