LUXEMBOURG’S ROSEY HISTORY
Thanks to its moderate climate, in the 19th and 20th centuries, Luxembourg had worldwide fame for its rose cultivation and exportation. Through subtle details, The Rose Hotel pays homage to this history.
The neighboring Parc de Merl offers a lovely walk through its rose gardens and for rose enthusiasts we recommend the walking tour in the Limpertsberg quartier organized by the Luxembourgish City Tourist Office: https://www.luxembourg-city.com/en/place/tour/tour-the-roses-of-limpertsberg-circular-walk-rosali
